Amanda Pham is an embodiment coach and love-spreading specialist. Applying both her intuitive ability and an expertise in self-care and holistic wellness practices, she supports others in coming back home to themselves. Movement, mindfulness, and nutrition are the 3 pillars to what she teaches, and through addressing each, those that she works with learn to fill up their cup so that they have all the more to give.
Amanda guides others in rediscovering their radiance and embodying their true selves, so that they can become more fit for service and shine more brightly into their own experience and in the world.Â

We will be taken on a journey of connecting with our core values, desires, and passions; and embodying your True Self, so that you can live with greater harmony and balance, become fit for service, and show up more authentically and powerfully in the world..

While every Ascend Academy Masterclass is it's own unique, experience, here's some of what you can expect to take place:
